Group classes are designed considering the bodily limitations of all the practitioners, modifications in the postures are done as per the requirement to make it easy and practicable for everyone in the class.
Offline sessions:
6.45 am to 7.45 am IST and 8:00 am to 9:00 am IST
Online sessions: 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm IST

Designed considering individual needs like working on flexibility or stretching for relaxation and meditation sessions.

Maharishi Patanjali Quoted this yog sutra describing the physical practice of yoga. Which means that the asana (posture) should be stable and comfortable for the practitioner. Every class at Yogwithshilpa is designed in such a way that it's challenging and yet relaxing for the practitioner. We thrive for the physical and mental well being of the Sadhaka. Yoga mean ‘to unite’ or ‘to join’ A union between Jeevatma (individual self) and parmatma(divine self) The practitioner can be of any age, the ultimate goal is to attain that state of bliss with the practice.
